From Customer Requirements to On-Site Installation
An Italian customer recently ordered a customized 2-ton hydraulic cargo lift for transporting goods between two floors. The project required a compact platform, 4000-meter travel height and a 400V/50Hz/3-phase power supply.
Customer Requirements & Customized Design
Based on the customer’s site conditions and technical requirements, our engineering team developed a customized lifting solution and prepared detailed production drawings for confirmation.
The final specifications included a 2,000 kg load capacity, 1,300 × 2,560 mm platform size, 4,000 m travel height and two stops. The lift was designed with 125 H-section steel guide rails, a reinforced platform frame and a checker plate deck.
Production & Factory Testing
After drawing approval, production began in our factory. The guide rails and platform were pre-assembled, while the electrical system was pre-wired before shipment.
Before delivery, the complete lift was tested for hydraulic operation, platform movement, electrical controls and safety functions to ensure reliable performance.
Container Loading & Delivery to Italy
After passing factory inspection, the lift was carefully packed and loaded into a container for shipment to Italy. The pre-assembled components helped simplify the installation process at the customer’s site.
Successful Installation & Customer Satisfaction
After arriving in Italy, the hydraulic cargo lift was assembled, connected and commissioned at the customer’s facility. The equipment now provides a reliable solution for vertical material handling between floors.
The customer was satisfied with the equipment quality and overall project service.
