Pre-production preparations
Before production, our engineers prepared a customized design based on the customer’s building layout, lifting height and loading requirements. The drawing clearly defines the lifting structure, hydraulic cylinders, chains, steel wire ropes and industrial doors, helping identify potential installation issues before manufacturing.
A 5-ton heavy-duty hydraulic cargo lift has been completed and prepared at our factory for an African customer. With a 5,000 kg load capacity, 2,900×4,900 mm platform and 11.55 m lifting height, the customized lift is designed for heavy-load transportation across four floors.
Heavy-Duty Structure Pre-Assembly
Before shipment, the main structure was carefully pre-assembled at our factory. The 150 H-section steel guide rails, reinforced lifting frame and large platform were assembled and checked to ensure accurate connections.
Hydraulic Cargo Lift Control System
This complete lift control system consists of a main control cabinet, multi-floor stainless steel call boxes and prefabricated signal cable harnesses.
The control cabinet is fitted with waterproof cable glands. All signal wires are pre-terminated with green pluggable terminals and labelled clearly for quick on-site connection with floor limit switches.
Each floor call box adopts stainless steel housing, equipped with emergency stop mushroom button, digital display and function keys. Operators can call the lift between different floors conveniently.
Our lift control system is factory fully tested before shipment. It is widely used for stationary cargo lifts, vertical platform lifts. The plug-and-play wiring design greatly reduces your installation time and labor cost.
Factory Inspection & Shipment
After the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components were checked, the cargo lift was separated into transportable sections, packed and loaded into a container for shipment to Africa.
From heavy-duty structural assembly and hydraulic preparation to electrical wiring, component marking and factory inspection, every detail was prepared to support efficient installation of this customized 5-ton hydraulic cargo lift.
