Recently, the customized fixed scissor lift manufactured by Starlink Heavy Industries for an automotive 4S dealership in Mexico has been successfully installed. To address the space constraints at the customer’s site, we tailored a retractable platform measuring 2 meters in length specifically for the scissor lift. The extended platform can be retracted when not in use, thereby significantly saving space and achieving optimal utilization of the site area. This innovative scissor lift solution not only enhances operational efficiency but also demonstrates the adaptability of our equipment to various spatial environments.

An extended countertop, 2 meters long, was customized based on the client’s site conditions and requirements.
Crafted for the rigorous demands of automotive dealerships, this fixed scissor lift features high-quality manganese steel support bars. The countertop is covered with steel plates, giving it excellent load-bearing capacity, superior wear resistance, and pressure resistance—making the fixed scissor lift ideally suited for high-frequency operational scenarios in car dealerships.
Prior to finishing, the fixed scissor lift undergoes a shot blasting process to remove rust and surface oxide layers—this step also boosts the surface adhesion for subsequent treatment. It is then finished with electrostatic powder coating, followed by high-temperature curing of the paint film. This rigorous manufacturing process results in an ultra-durable, matte-textured finish that resists chipping and rust even under long-term use, significantly extending the fixed scissor lift’s service life.
From the preliminary online communication, to the customer’s visit to our factory to discuss scissor lift design details, the payment of the advance deposit, the subsequent request from the customer to modify dimensions and design specifications, all the way to the final successful installation, employees across all departments at Starlink have provided the most prompt responses and the most thoughtful service.
