In January, we received an inquiry from a Turkish client who needed to equip their new warehouse with professional hydraulic lifting equipment.Through on-site surveys and technical adjustments by our technicians, we not only provided a solution that fully met the client’s needs, but also optimized the overall configuration with professional advice, helping the client achieve a safe, stable, and cost-effective warehouse upgrade.

The company dispatched a technical team to Turkey to conduct an on-site survey for the client. Based on the actual warehouse conditions and operational needs, they created a 3D simulation rendering to visually demonstrate the installation layout and operation process of the hydraulic freight elevator. The technical staff engaged in multiple rounds of in-depth communication with the client, fully aligning their needs and ultimately tailoring a customized solution that balances practicality and safety.

Production process
The equipment materials are shot blasted and manually ground to remove rust and residual burrs. The surface treatment involves electrostatic spraying followed by high-temperature baking and curing to improve the equipment’s corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and aesthetics.
Pack and ship
* Key components are wrapped in stretch film and wooden crates for dust and moisture protection.
* The metal frame is secured with steel wire.
* Loose parts are sealed in boxes to prevent loss.
* All accessories are included before shipment.
On-site installation guidance
For this project, the company dispatches technical installation personnel to the site to provide customers with one-on-one installation guidance and hands-on assistance.
The installation of this hydraulic freight elevator is very simple. 80% of the components were pre-assembled and delivered before shipment, facilitating on-site welding operations, and at the same time, we provide a detailed equipment installation manual, which includes materials such as the user manual, drawings, and electrical diagrams.
