Project Overview
StarLink Lift successfully delivered a custom mobile scissor lift table project for a customer in Malaysia. The order included four units: two 3-ton mobile scissor lift tables and two 10-ton units. The key requirement was PLC-controlled synchronized lifting within each pair of platforms.
Following several rounds of technical discussions, the customer selected StarLink Lift to supply the synchronized lifting solution.
Technical Discussion and Drawing Confirmation
After receiving the enquiry, our engineering team worked closely with the customer to confirm the platform dimensions, rated load capacities, lifting heights and synchronization control logic.
Before production, we prepared a complete set of technical drawings for the customer’s review and approval. This process clarified the equipment specifications and assembly requirements, helping support subsequent on-site assembly.
PLC Synchronized Lifting Solution
The equipment incorporates a PLC control system that enables each pair of scissor lift tables to rise and lower together.
Our engineers completed the electrical control cabinet design, PLC programming, parameter configuration and equipment commissioning. The customized control system was configured and adjusted to provide stable synchronized operation under the specified site conditions.

Factory Visit and Equipment Testing
The Malaysian customer’s team visited our factory to review the production process, verify technical details and assess our manufacturing capabilities.
After assembly, all units underwent no-load and dynamic load testing. These tests checked lifting stability, hydraulic performance and synchronization accuracy. Our technicians also checked and adjusted the control cabinet settings to support stable and reliable PLC-controlled synchronized operation.
