Meeting the Customer’s Loading Needs
StarLink Lift recently completed and shipped five mobile loading ramps to Australia. Each ramp has a loading capacity of 10 tons and dimensions of 11,300 × 2,100 × 1,100 mm.
The customer needed a flexible loading solution to fit varying truck heights and build a stable platform for heavy cargo loading without a fixed loading dock.
A Practical ManualHydraulic Solution
Each ramp in this order uses a hand-operated hydraulic pump and two hydraulic cylinders to adjusts the ramp height from 1,100 to 1,800 mm to accommodate different truck bed heights.
Battery-powered hydraulic options are also available, while manual hydraulics remains the most popular choice among our customers.
We use heavy-duty integral welded steel frame, bending-formed diamond-mesh anti-slip deck and side safety guardrails. The craftsmanship delivers strong load-bearing performance, reliable anti-slip traction and good corrosion resistance, suitable for Australia’s outdoor yard and logistics environment.
Overcoming the Shipping Challenge
Shipping five large loading ramps required careful planning. Their size made container loading and space arrangement particularly important.
Our team stacked the ramps securely and used overhead cranes to lift and position them for loading.
All five mobile loading ramps have now been loaded into containers and shipped to Australia.
We manufacture mobile yard ramps in different capacities and dimensions. Send us your required load capacity and truck bed height for a quotation.
