How to install Cargo Lift

Cargo Lift is a common equipment used for vertical transport of goods, we need to operate in strict accordance with the specifications, the following is the detailed installation process:

Step 1:

According to the on site installation environment of the customer,place the countertop and pre-built parts on the floor, fix the pre-built parts and check the flatness of the countertop with a level.

Step 2:

Insert the rail from the top of the table, make sure that the side wheels of the table are on the inside of the rail track, temporarily fix a few points and install the other side of the rail in the same way.

Step 3:

After the perpendicularity of the guide rail and the ground is ensured to be correct, weld the guide rail to the specified position of the pre-buried parts, check the other side of the welded guide rail and the pre-buried parts.

Step 4:

Assemble the lifting frame, the axle pin fixes the sprocket and the side wheel, the lifting frame is temporarily fixed, install the hydraulic cylinder, place the hydraulic cylinder in the specified position of the base, the cylinder inlet hole is facing to the outer side of the table Conveniently connects with the hydraulic pumping station, fix the cylinder with the U-type ring to the rail connection steel pipe, use the crane to assemble the lifting frame and the cylinder.

Step 5:

Install the chain and wire rope in accordance with the position of the sprockets and side sheaves, fixing one side to the table and the other side to the steel pipe connecting the rails around the lifting frame.

Step 6:

Hydraulic cylinder top fixed to the wire, the bottom of the oil inlet hole with oil pipe connected to the hydraulic pump station, the installation of the control box, fixed each layer of the travel switch, the control reaches each floor, according to the site, the guide rail each layer with a square tube and the site of the building to be fixed.
