Recently, we completed the production, assembly and factory testing of a 3000kg fixed hydraulic scissor lift platform for a customer in Thailand. The equipment is now ready for loading and shipment.
Drawing Confirmation and Production Preparation
Before production, we confirmed the platform size, load capacity and installation details with the customer. Based on the final requirements, the drawing was revised and confirmed with a platform size of 2500 × 3000 mm and a rated load capacity of 3000 kg. After the drawing was approved, production started in our workshop.
Platform Structure and Hydraulic System
The main frame is finished in blue, while the guardrails are yellow. The platform surface is made of 4 mm checkered steel plate, with protective guardrails installed around the working area. The lifting system uses two hydraulic cylinders installed inside the scissor structure. During assembly, the hydraulic hoses and fittings were connected in advance so that the cylinder movement, hydraulic response and platform lifting performance could be checked directly in the factory.
Accessories Prepared Before Shipment
In addition to the main structure, key components such as the base limit switch, hydraulic hose connections and external hydraulic power unit were also checked before shipment. The limit switch provides position control during platform operation, while the guardrails help protect the loading area during lifting. Preparing and checking these parts at the factory also reduces the amount of work required during on-site installation.
Final Testing and Shipment Preparation
After assembly, we carried out several lifting tests and a load test in the workshop. The platform was checked under load, with attention to lifting stability, hydraulic operation, limit-switch response and the main connection points. After the tests were completed, the platform was lowered to its transport position. The hydraulic power unit and related accessories were packed separately, and the equipment was prepared for loading and shipment to Thailand. Completing these checks before delivery helps reduce on-site troubleshooting and makes later installation and commissioning more straightforward for the customer.
