Fixed Hydraulic Dock Leveler

Our fixed hydraulic dock leveler is essential loading‑unloading equipment for docks, warehouses and factories. Featuring flexible height adjustment, it creates a stable passage for forklifts to drive into trucks and containers. Adopting full‑hydraulic drive, it supports easy operation and positive‑negative angle adjustment to suit various vehicles. Constructed with high‑strength manganese steel beam and imported hydraulic components, it resists deformation under heavy loads for extended service life. Standard load capacities: 6T, 10T, 12T, 15T, 20T, non‑standard customization is available. It comes with anti‑slip plate, toe guard, maintenance support bar, rubber bumper and oil pump over‑pressure protection, standard spare parts enable simple maintenance and greatly improve cargo handling efficiency.

                                                              Dock Leveler For

SaleWorking Principle of Stationary Dock Leveler

The stationary hydraulic dock leveler is driven by an electric motor powering the hydraulic power unit to actuate the hydraulic cylinder. This lifts and lowers the main load‑bearing bridge to the required loading‑unloading height. When the height of the loading vehicle is lower than the fixed dock height, the bridge can form a negative horizontal angle to accommodate vehicles below dock height.

 Manufacturing Principles

(1) The equipment shall feature advanced technology, excellent performance, reliable safety, convenient operation and reasonable cost‑effectiveness.
(2) The design, manufacturing, inspection and acceptance of the equipment shall comply with current applicable national standards and regulations.
(3) All raw materials, components and fittings shall meet national standards. Standardized parts and components are adopted for easy replacement.
(4) Bumper Block: This device effectively protects the building and dock leveler against damage. It is made of high‑tensile reinforced rubber. The outer part of the bumper block is internally fixed by embedded angle steel and bolts. The fixing bolt hole diameter is Ф18. M12 anchor bolts (outer diameter Ф16) shall be used to fasten it to the dock
